摘要:應用網格劃分軟件Hyperworks和有限元分析軟件ANSYS對三種不同焊孔形狀的環焊結構試樣進行強度和模態分析。通過強度分析結果,圓形孔試樣的應力值最??;分別提取三種試樣的前六階固有頻率和振型,通過模態分析得出圓形孔試樣垂向振動固有頻率略高,跑道形和正方形孔試樣扭轉振動固有頻率略高。綜合分析得出試樣的最佳焊孔形狀為圓形。

Abstract:Three ring-weld structures of different hole shapes were analysed in strength and mode through the application of hyperworks and ansys. According to the results of the strength analysis, it can be drawn that circular hole specimen has the minimum stress value;the first six natural frequency and mode shapes of three specimens were extracted respectively, and it can be seen that the vertical vibration natural frequency of circular hole sample is slightly higher , torsional vibration natural frequency of the other two are slightly higher.It can be obtained comprehensively that the best hole shape of specimens is circular shape.
